Seb in Seoul only back in weekend.

Waterbank, Marina Bay Suites, Vermont and Goodwood Residences launching by end of April. Which means no-off-days are here again bloody goddamnit.

Seb leaves on 24 again for Munich.

Me going for my practical lessons like a maniac end of April.

What else is there to look forward besides all these?? Havent even taken any holiday or leave this year... stuck in a rut.. my life sucks =(
